It never came to a point that I would be I would be as nice as this one. I was bent to renovate foreclosed home before I was going to leave it for sale. I saw the need that aside from the fact that I wanted to sell it at a good price, I wanted the new owners to feel welcome. I had to take chances on making my house looked well before selling. Anyway, it served me well until the bank grabbed it from me. Enough of sadness! Going back to the renovation, I had to make it good to sell it at a competitive price.

They understood the purpose of my renovation and they even extended help by giving suggestions on what to do with some areas of the house. I was pretty impressed with the job they did on the walls of the house. The painting job was superb and surprisingly, it really did not take them a long time to do the work. In no time, our foreclosed house was ready for sale.

Our backyard is becoming a mess because of the fallen leaves and broken branches that have littered it after a night of rain with strong winds lashed in our area.  After surveying the area in the morning, we decided that the trees needed to be trimmed and pruned.  We do not want to cut them down because they don’t pose a great threat to the house, as it is a few meters away from the main house.
