I wanted to do some spring cleaning to dispose of items that are not anymore used in the house.  Another reason for the spring cleaning was I wanted to hold a garage sale for I know there are a lot of items that can be included and would have a use in other households. I was able to gather lots of items for the garage sale although some needed to be cleaned thoroughly and some already developed rust spots. I have a 3 yr. old son, and my twin daughters just turned 1 three months ago. It somehow reminds me of my childhood and the food she use to prepare for us. It is very nostalgic. My new kitchen made me miss my mom more and love cooking even more. That is why I am also planning to slightly renovate our daughter’s bedroom closet to resemble the one I had when I was a kid. I want it to have more closet organizers, just like what I had, and also to make the room cleaner and more comfortable for my daughter.

Who is not happy with a long weekend holiday? More time to sleep. Lots of eating. Lots of partying. But I leave far from my home.
