I had to sell silver silverware last month to make my car payment and this month it looks like the selling silver anything will continue to help me stay afloat. My divorce was finalized two months ago and I was not awarded any alimony to help offset the household expenses we both incurred. My house has been on the market for eight months and it has been shown five times total. I remember when it was easy to sell a house in this neighborhood but that was about four years ago.

I put an ad online to sell silver necklaces and earrings that I have had for many years that my grandmother wore at her wedding. I had them insured for over twenty thousand dollars when I first was given them so they should be worth double that today. If I can at least just get the twenty thousand dollars from them then I can sit comfortably for at least four months by only selling silver items in my jewelry box.

I have done a complete inventory of everything that is valuable in my house and it all now has sticky notes on them that states what I think I can get for it in today’s market. Paintings, furniture, appliances and even lawn equipment are on the list.

My only job up until now has been for a web design company back home working in the mail room. The web design company was huge and I know that they had accounts all over the world, because they sent and received mail from very exotic places. I wondered what it was like to be working on a custom web design for a customer in Spain while sitting in the middle of Manhattan. It has to be somewhat exciting but I do not think I will ever find that out.

While I am here at college, I applied to work with a different yet smaller web design company, that I do not think has a mailroom but maybe they can find something for me to do since I have worked in those surroundings before.

There are other custom web design companies that are about twenty to thirty miles away from campus but I am not sure if the commute would be worth it since I would have to rely on public transportation to get me back and forth to my classes on time. If worse comes to worse, I can always apply at the pizza joint that is on campus and work with the public, that would be my last choice.

My favorite sales rep from our office supplies company is retiring next month and I want to have a little party for her when she brings our order in. It will be her last time delivering our office supply order and I am going to miss her. I think that she must be one of the nicest people that I have ever met. In fact, she took the time to get to know every person on this floor and their birthdates too. She always would leave a little special office supply product for whoever’s birthday it was with a bow on it for their birthday.

I do not think that the office supplies company is going to be able to replace her with anyone that her clients will like. For that very reason, my boss and I have decided to look into finding a new office supply provider. We know that there are quite a few online that deliver and have some good prices.

Since we cannot have our same sales rep, we might as well just punch in the order to the computer and have some package delivery guy drop it off every month. At least, we will be saving money with the switch.

I had chosen the iron doors that would match the iron gate that was already installed at our house when we bought it. In fact, I made sure to get the name of the company where the iron gate was purchased from the old owners before they moved out of the state. I wondered why they would not have just had the iron doors installed at the same time the gate was put in.

My husband told me that he figured that they probably had the gate put in and then found out that they were going to be transferred. I would think that it would have helped to sell their house if they had installed the iron doors but I was glad that it had spent six months on the market because as soon as I walked in, I knew it was the perfect house for me.

I had seen an iron gate very similar to the one at the house and knew that even if I could not find the exact company that made this gate, I could most definitely have iron doors made to match perfectly at a shop downtown that specialize in just that thing. Either way, it would all work out in the end and I got my house and the new iron doors.

The dell repair place that I used online will talk you through any repairs that can be done by the owner at home or in the office. If they cannot help you fix it, they will have you ship it to their warehouse and they will fix it and ship it back to you very quickly. I have used the dell repair in both instances and have been happy both times.

The first time I used them was to fix my poweredge servers, when they kept powering themselves off. The technician on the other end of the line knew exactly what was wrong just by me giving him a description and talked me through the repair. I have not had any problems with it since.

The second time I had to call the dell repair line, I was not so lucky with fixing my printer over the phone. I had to pack it up and send it off to have the technicians look over it themselves. I guess that it must have been something very simple since they had it back to me within about thirty six hours of getting it.

I am glad that I have this repair shop to call when I need them. I always know that they will fix the problem one way or another.
